Return Policy
What happens if I receive an incorrect product/order?
Please email us at info@thehairboxcompany.co.uk and we will ask you to return the item to us by Royal Mail second Class post and then either issue refund or send a replacement product. Please could you retain your certificate of postage.
When package is received back to us then the refund or replacement products will be issued / posted.
How to submit a return?
If upon receipt of the product you are not satisfied with the products provided you are able to return the items if within 14 days of being posted. Items must be returned in the state they were provided, so all intact and unused. Unfortunately we will not be able to cover the cost of return delivery and this will need to be paid by the customer.
